KIM BAUMAN
Kim Bauman is a San Diego–based yoga and meditation teacher and the founder of One Love Movement, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing people together to take meaningful action and build support for impactful projects around the world. This initiative was inspired by Kim’s lived experience as an orphan and foster child, fueling her deep commitment to connection, service, and community empowerment. Through her work, Kim creates spaces for healing, belonging, and transformation, giving voice to those who might otherwise go unheard.

Itinerary
Sept 20 – Arrive to Denpasar International Airport. Meet your airport representative and transfer to Solana Retreat in Ubud. Check in and relax for the evening.
Sept 21 – Morning yoga and welcome session. Today, enjoy a traditional Balinese cooking class with our local community partners out amongst the rice fields and then enjoy a delicious lunch. Return to hotel. (B,L,D)
Sept 22 – Morning yoga. Then, meet your guide and enjoy visits to the Goa Gajal Elephant Cave Temple, the holy spring of Pura Tirta Empul, and the famous rice fields of Tegalalang. Stop for lunch along the way. (B,D)
Sept 23 – Morning yoga. Volunteer day with the PKP Center for women. Take part in an offerings making class at the center, enjoy a yoga class taught by the women, and have lunch prepared onsite. Make a few home visits to deliver kitchen supplies in the afternoon. Return to Solana for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)
Sept 24 – Morning yoga. Then, enjoy a walking tour of Ubud to visit the Sacred Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, and then time to visit the local art markets to support artisans and their handicrafts. Return to Solana for dinner and overnight. (B,D)
Sept 25 – Morning yoga. Spend today volunteering with Rescue Kitchen Program. Prepare and pack meals for the most vulnerable in the community. Then, distribute the meals and spend time with the community. This will be a day of connecting, doing good, and traveling with
. Lunch onsite. Return to hotel in the afternoon. (B,L,D)
Sept 26 – Morning Yoga. Check out and head to the twin lakes of Buyan and Tamblingan. Visit the beautiful temple on the shores of the lake and then enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Lake Tamblingan. Stop for lunch along the way. Check into hotel located on a working coffee plantation with infinity pools into the clouds in Munduk. (B, D)
Sept 27 – Morning yoga. Then, take a tour of the hotel and learn about their sustainability and environmentally friendly practices, visit the recycling center, and meet artisans making soap from the local trees in the jungle. Free time in the afternoon to enjoy the pool or spa or learn more about the surrounding coffee plantations. (B,D)
Sept 28 – Depart from hotel after breakfast to visit the famous Pura Tanah Lot Temple – one of the holiest in Bali. Grab a quick lunch and then head to the airport. Please schedule flights for 6pm or later. (B)
