Itinerary

July 27 – Arrive to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Transfer to Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel for overnight.

July 28 – After breakfast, exchange money and use ATM and then depart for Lake Naivasha. Have lunch on arrival and then enjoy a boat ride with the hippos and a walking safari on Crescent Island. Check into Lake Naivasha Sopa. (B,L,D)

July 29 – Late morning departure for Lake Nakuru National Park stopping on the way to visit Danson’s new house. Check into Lake Nakuru Lodge for overnight. (B,L,D)

July 30 – Game drives throughout the day inside Lake Nakuru National Park. Go in search of black and white rhino, lion, leopard, giraffe, zebra, hyena and more. All meals at lodge. (B,L,D)

July 31 – Free day at Lake Nakuru with optional game drive. (B,L,D)

August 1 – Morning drive to Mbita on the shores of Lake Victoria. Stop for lunch and snacks along the way. Arrive in the afternoon and check into Wayando Eco Lodge. Dinner and overnight. (B,D)

August 2 & 3 – Visit The Village Experience’s projects with the Live Long Self Help Women’s Group and the Primary School on these days. Lend a hand to the project your group is supporting and visiting some of the women in their homes. All meals at lodge. Enjoy a sunset motorbike ride and a chapati making class on these days. (B,L,D)

August 4 – Morning departure to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Leisurely drive stopping for lunch along
the way. Check into Tipikilwani Tented Camp and rest for the evening. (B,D)

August 5 & 6 – Game drives throughout the days to go in search of the famous Great Migration and the Big 5 – lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, and elephant. (B,L,D)

August 7 – Morning departure for Nairobi. Stop for lunch and fair-trade shopping. Check into Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel for overnight. (B)

August 8 – Transfers to airport throughout the day. Day rooms reserved. (B)
