Itinerary

August 16 – Arrive to Nairobi International Airport. Meet your hotel representative and transfer to hotel for the evening.

August 17 – Meet your guide in the morning and drive North to Nanyuki at the base of Mount Kenya. Check into the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club hotel for the afternoon. Take in those incredible views of the mountain. (B)

August 18 – Morning safari in Ol Pejeta Conservancy. This conservancy is home to the last two Northern White Rhinos in the world – Najin and Fatu. You will get a chance to meet them in person and learn their story of struggle to survive as a species. This safari will also introduce you to elephant, lion, hyena, buffalo, warthog, and so much more. Enjoy lunch onsite and then return to hotel. (B)

August 19 – Morning game drive in Solio Conservancy. Then, drive back to Nairobi. Check into hotel for the afternoon and relax. (B)

August 20 – Late morning transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Meet Danson at the airstrip, enjoy a bit of safari, and transfer to your tented camp inside the reserve. All meals at camp. (B,L,D)

August 21/22 – Enjoy these days on safari in the mornings looking out for the Great Migration of Wildebeest and Zebra and the Big 5 – lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino. Relax at the camp in the afternoons. All meals at camp. (B,L,D)

August 23 – Check out and transfer to your next tented camp located inside a private conservancy bordering the Mara. Check in and relax for the day. (B,L,D)

August 24/25 – Enjoy these days on safari in the mornings looking for predators on the hunt within the conservancy. With so much prey around, you’re bound to see a kill! All meals at camp. (B,L,D)

August 26 – Morning transfer to airstrip for flight back to Nairobi. Meet hotel representative and transfer to airport hotel for a day room until your evening flight home. (B)

  • Passport – Your passport must have at least two blank pages and a minimum of six months’ validity from the date of entry.
