Itinerary

November 5 – Room reserved at airport hotel for immediate check in.

November 6 – Arrive to JKIA at 3:30 a.m. Transfer to hotel and check into room for some rest. Meet your safari guide at 1:00 p.m. Head out for some lunch, a visit to the National Museum, and a stop at the Giraffe Conservation Center. Return to hotel in the afternoon. (B)

November 7 – Morning departure for Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, enjoy a boat ride with the hippos and a walking safari on Crescent Island. Walk amongst the resident giraffe, impala, zebra and wildebeest. Check into tented camp for the evening. (B,D)

November 8 – Early morning hike on Mount Longonot. This stratovolcano in the Great Rift Valley provides a stunning view of the valley and a crater you can hike around. After the hike, proceed on to Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in this rhino sanctuary. Be on the lookout for Black and White Rhino, lion, leopard, hyena, buffalo, and more. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

November 9 –  Morning departure for the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Arguably the best place on Earth for safari! Arrive to tented camp in time for lunch. Visit a local Masai Village in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at camp. (B,L,D)

November 10/11 – Game drives throughout the day to go in search of the Big 5 – lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, and elephant. All meals at camp. (B,L,D)

November 12 – Leisurely drive back to Nairobi and transfer to airport for evening flight home. (B)
