Step back in time as you explore the ancient cities, temples, and necropolises of the mighty Pharaohs of Egypt. Dating back thousands of years, the well preserved, intricately painted and inscribed hieroglyphics depicting war, prosperity, feast, and famine will take your breath away. History will come alive as you gaze upon the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, walk through the Valley of the Kings and Queens, and sail on the Nile River stopping at incredible temples to various Gods and Goddesses. Don’t forget a journey to one of the many deserts to really get off the beaten path. We love Fayoum and Siwa for it’s natural beauty, sense of calm, and hidden treasures buried among the sand.

Located in Northeast Africa with Libya to the West, Sudan to the South and Israel to the Northeast, Egypt is in a unique location for politics, religion, and international relations. Egypt is covered by vast desert, with The Nile River flowing from South to North, fertilizing the banks along the way and providing much needed agriculture to the masses.

Egypt also boasts beautiful sandy coastlines with blue green water from the Mediterranean and Red Seas. Perfect for snorkeling and diving the colorful coral reefs.

Be sure to slow down and get lost in the sprawling Khan Il-Khalili bazaar in Cairo, stop by a local coffee shop, learn about traditional spices, haggle over handwoven carpets, and take in the mix of ancient and modern worlds that make Egypt so wonderfully appealing.
