Yusuf has served as the main boat captain and logistics manager for the Swahili Coast of Kenya for The Village Experience for the past 10 years. He runs a fleet of boats including Hippo Dhow, Shamsa, LaLuna, and Pamoja out of our base in Lamu, Kenya. Yusuf has traveled to Egypt, Thailand, Tanzania, Indonesia, and India as part of the Village Experience Kenya team and has learned a great deal about international tourism and marine projects around the world. Yusuf assists in all island operations and projects and is ready to welcome you to the Lamu Archipelago.
